I started here at Bob Jenson A/C in 1992. My working here for 18 years should tell you something, it's a great place to be. I’ve learned a lot about the business from being in the office, working closely with the service and maintenance technicians, attending seminars and training classes for customer service representatives so that I can better serve our customer’s needs. I enjoy being able to contribute to the team on a daily basis, because we truly work as "a team". It’s also nice to go to work everyday and be with friends, especially when they let me go to Starbucks for coffee! Hope I can help you with setting up a service or maintenance call soon.
