"Bob Jenson's A/C and Heating installed our system 4 years ago treating us like their own family. We got great value and expert professional help. The purchase included twice yearly visits to check and service our system. The installation and each visit since has been exceptional with friendly phone calls to arrange the visit, an email notice with a picture of their technician, a phone call to be sure we are ready for their visit and a professionally done service appointment. This is one of the most friendly and professional businesses it has been my pleasure to use. I highly recommend them, fully five stars, excellent. What a great group of people!"

"Ask for Dave or Steve when you call the office. They will set your job up right. They are fair on pricing and offer unbeatable customer service. Everyone seems nice. They are all extremely honest. They do not cut corners and will not lie to you about your current system. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your most valuable investment, your real estate, then this is the company you should call. I have used them before in my home and Simon was awesome when he came to fix my ancient heater he kept it running for a few more years. Call them you won't be sorry."

"I had a tune up done on my Central A/C system. The technician who came out (Wes) checked, cleaned, and advised me on my system status. All work was completed timely and thouroughly. This is the second time I have used Bob Jenson A/C and Heating (Wes also) and both times the work done has been great. I would definitely use this company in the future for any service or repair calls, highly recommended."

Top quality customer service!
"When our other guys failed us miserably several times in returning our calls to get our central heat fixed in Oct, we decided to call Bob Jenson A/C & Heating. They were prompt in returning our call, very professional, following up on the appointment all the way up until one of their service techs, Mr Diaz, came out and got the job done. Mr Diaz himself was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly, explained what he had done to fix it and provided us with information on possible upgrades in the future (since our heater unit is no longer made). Mr Diaz and Bob Jenson A/C provided prompt and friendly customer service in a highly efficient manner. We will not hesitate to call them again for our heater tune-up next year, and we will be calling on them to install our central A/C in the future as well."

"Rhonda, Kevin and all of their Service Technicians (and Dave) were very helpful, flexible and understanding. Jacob, one of the Estimators came out at the beginning of last year. Although, I needed to wait a few months to afford my new furnace, he remembered my home and program, and even honored the original estimate. They completed the new installation on-time and professionally, without any problems whatsoever. Bob Jenson is an established company with a long track record. They also offer flexible payment options. These were very important factors in making my several thousand dollar decision. At a time when contractors come and go, I definitely feel that I can trust this company whenever I may need service or repairs. Thanks! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs heating or air."

"We have been using Bob Jenson A/C & Heating Inc. for 3 or 4 years. The last time we used them was in mid October and they serviced our air-conditioner and heat pump systems. They are very professional and they service my heating and air-conditioner twice a year. They give me a call and let me know if they can schedule an appointment to come out and they came out on time. The guy knows what he is doing and he does his thing and everything works. He maintains two systems and services them twice a year."
