Top quality customer service! "When our other guys failed us miserably several times in returning our calls to get our central heat fixed in Oct, we decided to call Bob Jenson A/C & Heating. They were prompt in returning our call, very professional, following up on the appointment all the way up until one of their service techs, Mr Diaz, came out and got the job done. Mr Diaz himself was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly, explained what he had done to fix it and provided us with information on possible upgrades in the future (since our heater unit is no longer made). Jacob, one of the Estimators came out at the beginning of last year. "We have been using Bob Jenson A/C & Heating Inc. for 3 or 4 years. The last time we used them was in mid October and they serviced our air-conditioner and heat pump systems. They are very professional and they service my heating and air-conditioner twice a year. They give me a call and let me know if they can schedule an appointment to come out and they came out on time.
