My elderly mother notified Bob Jenson about problems with her heater. She has been a satisfied customer for about 30 years. After Antonio showed us pictures and pointed out the problem, we decided it was time to purchase a replacement HVAC system. Tom gave her a reasonable quote and worked with her on a satisfactory financing option. Antonio, Joshua, Abraham, and Dario were punctual, neat, and worked extremely hard taking out my mother's old unit. They were all so knowledgeable and patient as we asked many questions. We were surprised they completed the entire dismantling of the old unit and installation of the new unit in one day. My mother is extremely happy with her new system.

This was an amazing experience I had after so many failed attempts with previous AC companies who could not help me. Bob Jensen AC was my hero! They helped me when no one else could! Mike who helped with the consultation, complete walk through of what to expect, including pricing (no surprises). To Ivan, Brandon, and Brian who were complete experts in the installation, wiring, welding, and smart thermostat set up. They were complete professionals from inception to end. We will be lifelong customers. Ditch everyone else and choose Bob Jensen Air Conditioning! There is no comparison. Do it right the first time.

We had Tom and Sal out for a furnace inspection last week and it was recommended that the furnace be replaced. It was a pleasure working with both of them and we trusted their recommendation because they explained the problem and showed photos of the issues they encountered. Today we had the replacement furnace installed. All of the crew, George, Abraham and Dario worked very well together and the installation went smoothly. They all were punctual, have excellent communication skills and kept the work area pristine. We highly recommend this company.

I want to thank Bob Jenson Air & Heating for finding and installing a new floor furnace to replace my old one (~60 yars old). They had to overcome several issues including an old venting system that no long met code and couldn't be modified to.The installation team (Ivan Winter, David Brito and their assistants) installed the new heater and venting system up and functional in one day.

We had a whole new HVAC system put in to replace our aged system that had given up.The initial installation crew that came out was very nice but we had some issues with the quality of their work. They came back out multiple times and never satisfactorily completed the job. After I got in touch with the General Manager Joe Virgilio everything was perfect from that point forward. He and his crew rectified every issue we had and even hired an outside drywall guy and a hardwood floor specialist to repair the damage done in the initial installation.We are very satisfied in the eventual work done and the unit is running great. Thank you Joe for making everything right and getting us all set up.

It was a 2 day install of a new HVAC system - once completed they did a walkthrough with me and made recommendations for use and maintenance. Bob Jenson's team are incredibly honest, helpful, professional and knowledgable.Pouria came to service our old unit and presented us with a diagnosis and multiple options. There was absolutely no pressure to move forward and replace our 17 year old unit. However we had been continuously replacing the capacitor, and realized upgrading to the newer (more efficient and smaller) unit would be our best option.Tom came by just 20 min later and gave us multiple options as well. He was more than happy to answer ALL of our questions AND did a great job working with our budget.Antonio and George were in charge of the install. They were incredibly sweet, professional and spent extra time ensuring that the unit was completely sealed and vacuum tested perfectly. We had an issue with our existing line set, and they even came back two more consecutive days to ensure we are getting the absolute most out of our new a/c unit.I wouldn't look any further to have your units serviced or replaced by anyone else. It was a great experience, and Bob Jenson's entire team is simply amazing. More importantly, they definitely treat your home as if it was their own.

My Trane air conditioning unit had a maintenance checkup by Pouria today. He was efficient and gave me a complete report on the state of the system. I was very happy to find out that I will likely get many more years from the system. With honesty and clear communication, he let me know that my A/C was in good shape and there is no need for replacement parts at this time. I hope he will be available for the next maintenance check.
