Cyrus was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He even took the time to help explain how best to optimize using my AC/heating system to account for the difference in cost of electricity throughout the day. He convinced me to order a WiFi thermostat and a couple of window fans to help exchange air as well to further economize my energy usage. Excellent service that was well worth the cost. Thanks.
The tech introduced himself. Let him know what the problem was with my air conditioner. He checked out the equipment and figured out that the water condensation overflow was clogged and showed me the picture. Cleaned it out and made sure the air conditioner was in working order . It is. Thank you so much Bob Jenson for your wonderful professional Luis Garcia!! He came out to my parents house today for 2 reasons: 1. The annual covered maintenance on the mini split HVAC System they put in at Mom & Dad's 2 years ago. Luis performed the annual maintenance on all the mini-split system units. 2. Took out the old duct system to get ready for the pier repair under their house! 🏠 He already taped up and sealed all of the register vents throughout the house, too, so no rodents or critters can get in to ruin anything!! Wonderful, professional, great worker, friendly, and cleaned up everything better than he found it!!

October 19, 2023.. Another outstanding routine service. Cyrusonce again performed the semi-annual maintenance on my newHVAC system. Bob Jensen has installed two HVAC systems over the past twenty years. Their maintenance program is superior and their customer service is outstanding! Installed a Rheem heating unit and Bosch AC outside unit to replace existing older system that was leaking slowly. Competent and professional. Great attention to detail and better value for money over big box places or those you see advertising about white gloves on TV all the time! One of our AC units died right before the last heatwave and we're so happy we finally have our AC working again thanks to Conor, Luis, and Abraham. Conor came out to diagnose the issue (and confirmed what other vendors had observed as well), he went through all of our options and we settled on the repair that made the most sense to us at a cost we could afford. Luis and Abraham worked very well as a team to replace our coil and condenser, and add an in-line filter to better improve our air quality and efficiency. Abraham was sent to another job and Luis stayed to complete the work and made sure every last bit of garbage was cleared away and every seam well-sealed, and that our refrigerant was charged sufficiently and the AC starting to cool. He also advised us that if we had any issues to call them and they would come out immediately. They did exactly the quality of work that you would expect from a business but rarely get from other companies these days. We would definitely recommend them, and our neighbor has already engaged with them to maintain their aging systems, after seeing the work they did at our home. If and when our 2nd unit needs to be replaced we will certainly call on Bob Jenson AC and Heating again.

We have been using Bob Jenson Air Conditioning and Heating for our home's HVAC system for several years. We purchased and renew every 5 years their maintenance package. Recently, we had a six month check up on our HVAC system. Technician Pouria came out to service our AC. Pouria diagnosed that the evaporator coils had a refridgerant leak. A few days later, Mike, Greg, and Antonio came to our home to get the "ball rolling" on a replacement unit. Greg and Antonio did the replacement work. They worked hard and efficiently. They cleaned up nicely. We now have an AC that is cooling our home properly.Pouria, Mike, Greg, and Antonio were friendly, professional, and provided great customer service.We highly recommend Bob Jenson AC and Heating .

Update on 9/17/24:I had a new AC unit installed today by Luis & Brian. They were professional, efficient and friendly. They explained how to operate the unit, cleaned the area when they were done and treated me like family. I'm very pleased with Bob Jensen Air Conditioning and Heating, and highly recommend them.Tom came out next day to repair our A/C unit. He was fast, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and he took the time to clearly explain what the problem was and how he fixed it. The price was less than I anticipated. The office staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend Tom as a technician and Bob Jensen Air Conditioning and Heating.

Both Greg May and Conor Higgins came on time to analyze my AC system problems. They were efficient and did a great job of explaining what steps they performed to identify what was needed to make the system functional again. I was given a date of September 16 to install my new Carrier unit. On the 16th they were on Time and made a professional installation! They took care to be sure I was satisfied!
