Bob Jenson Heating and Air Conditioning workers, Antonio and Brian did a great job installing a heat pump in my rental unit in El Cajon

Brandon & Luis were our fantastic installers. They are knowledgeable (they taught us stuff), fast and courteous. They were both great.

Both Greg May and Conor Higgins came on time to analyze my AC system problems. They were efficient and did a great job of explaining what steps they performed to identify what was needed to make the system functional again. I was given a date of September 16 to install my new Carrier unit. This will be great turnaround assuming it takes placed as promised.

Pouria is a delight! And my AC is all fixed in less than 24 hours.

Conor and Greg came to my place for the semi-annual maintenance of my HVAC system. They were professional, courteous, and a delight to chat with. They disassembled the condenser, cleaning it thoroughly, and took multiple before-and-after measurements indoors and outdoors to make sure the system was working properly. They examined and adjusted the in-ceiling portion of the equipment and shared with me options for future upgrades. (My system is 23 years old.) I was very pleased with their work and recommend them--and all the people at Bob Jenson--to anyone looking for trustworthy and competent HVAC installation and maintenance.

Cyrus was professional. Explained what was wrong. Gave me a few options. Had it repaired under 30 minutes. Very happy with the outcome of my a/c unit.

Needed some AC help during a heat wave. Bob Jenson was able to come out that same day. Our Tech was Pouria Ziari. He did a great job identifying the issue and ordered the part quickly. He was able to get the unit up and running within 48 hours. He was very professional and courteous. I am very pleased with my service and how quickly the problem was resolved.

Pouria came to our home on the hottest day this year. He was thorough,professional and explained everything to us as he went through the diagnostic part of his visit. We look forward to working with Bob Jensons company. The reviews they have are well deserved.

Conor and Greg came out to my house and unit was not cooling. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I cannot speak highly enough of Conor's professionalism he identified the problem quickly and got my very old AC unit running again. I didn't want to replace the unit even tho that's what he recommended. He was not pushy or trying to sell me at all. Give both these men a raise. I will will continue to use Bob Jenson AC from now on!!

Sal was a tremendous help with our A/C unit, cleaned it. He also saw that it had a screw missing, that would explain the squeaking sound that was coming from the unit. Also just had our house painted, and our filter was dirty he replaced the old with a new one. He vacuumed up all the dust and debris that accumulated around the house system. He was on time, very warm and friendly. I would definitely request to have him again... if thats possible. Thanks again!!

Bob Jensen has supplied and maintained our heating and AC for many years and we have consistently been impressed with their professionalism and dependability. Antonio and Brian replaced our aging air conditioning system today after our routine service and inspection by Conor and a colleague indicated it was dying. They were on time, polite and pleasant, and completed the job ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.

We had 3 people from Bob Jenson Air Conditioning come to help fix a problem that we had. They were Antonio, Brian and Greg. They were very careful to keep our house clean with covers and do the work required to fix our problem. They were friendly, answered questions that we had, and we got a good feeling for their honesty. and integrity.

Problems with our A/C unit. Lady by the name of Kaylee calls me to let me know that Pouria is on a call and will be at our house soon. He arrives early. Very polite. Cleans up after himself. Our A/C system is old and is worn out. I kind of knew this already. Set up an appointment to get a price on replacing the system. I can highly recommend him. Thank you.Trying to write a second review and it won't let me. Anyway, Conor came out and gave us our options to replace our rather old A/C system. He did a great job at being patient and explaining our options. Abraham and Javier did the install. I (a looong time ago) used to do A/C work. I can recognize good work. They did really good work. Update……Brandon & Luis came back out yesterday to install some ductwork that had been on order and hook up the heat pump. Thanks to Tom Larson for configuring the A/C-heat pump system. Dave and I are very happy with the whole experience. It all works like it should. Thanks again

I selected Bob Jenson because of all the great reviews and I was not disappointed. I had my whole system replaced so finding the right company to do my project was very important. Mike Daluz came out first to see what I had and carefully listened to what I was looking for. After inspecting all the components of my system he made his recommendations taking into account my budget and put together the best quote possible with the best system possible. His quote was fair and very thorough which was exactly what I was looking for. Within a couple days Antonio and Brian came out and carefully removed my old stuff and installed the new equipment. They were were super friendly, took the time to answer any questions I had and even shared their knowledge of how things worked when I came over to see what they were doing. I especially appreciated their attention to detail making sure that their installations looked very straight and clean and making sure I was satisfied with the performance of my system. With all the companies I had come out for a quote they were the best price for everything they provided. I highly recommend Bob Jenson’s team of professionals and will continue to use them for all my yearly services as well.

2024 update. We had an emergency last night when the pump failed in our central heating and ac unit. All these years with bob Jenson we never had an emergency. The bedroom was flooded. Kaylee was amazing. She quickly got our issue sorted out and over to Cyrus at dispatch. This was after hours so everyone was already home. They were amazing. Within no time at all Cyrus had diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump under warranty. Wow. Another excellent experience with bob jenson. Thanks again. He takes care of our 3 wall furnaces at our house and the central heating and ac system at our rental.2024 update. Another great experience with Jenson heating and air. Mike came out to assess our situation with heating and air in our bedroom. He had a great suggestion which includes both heating and air in one unit. It’s called a mini split. A small unit on the outside and another on the inside. Today Antonio and Brian did the installation. Very hard workers. Laid out protection before walking on our floors. Even put booties over their shoes. Asked all the right questions. They instructed us on the workings of the new unit when they finished and cleaned up everything before they left. Pouria was prompt, polite, efficient, and thorough. One of my mini splits was leaking slowly and he was able to determine where the leak was. The unit has performed far longer than the usual life of that type, so Pouria got another employee, Tom, to come out and give an estimate for a replacement air handler and compressor. All good and very much appreciated. I am very happy with Bob Jenson in general, and Pouria in particular. Kudos also to TomAdded Review: Antonionand Brian came out 2 days later to install a replacement minisplit and compressor. The guys were on time, super courteous, efficient, and helpful! 5 stars all around!

We had one AC group come for a standard annual inspection and then Bob’s team. Mike the estimator took a lot of time going into great detail on how our present upstairs system wasn’t up to legal code…something the annual check folks totally missed.The installers of our new AC system were Jorge and Luis. They went right to work and meticulously covered our interior wooden floors to protect them. They were always on time, courteous and professional.We’ll need a 1st floor AC unit re-done in the future and will certainly use Bob Jensen’s team!!!! Thank you team!!!Jeff and Louise Smith

Tom Lairson stopped by and helped identify and resolve the issue with the AC unit in less than an hour! More importantly, he left the place in a better condition than when found it. An electrician had previously attempted to troubleshoot the AC unit to no avail and in the process, he broke the swing door to the fan unit and held it in place with drywall screws. Tom fixed the swing door and it didn’t require the drywall screws anymore! Tom is extremely professional and would highly recommend Bob Jenson to anyone needing service for their HVAC system.

Conor Higgins and his team from Bob Jenson were outstanding! They arrived on time, were courteous and knowledgable, and they explained the problem with my central air to me in easy to understand ways. When it became clear that my unit needed to be replaced rather than repaired, they offered to loan me a large, portable AC unit at no additional charge, until the new unit could be installed. Steven, the tech that delivered my loaner also did a great job - he was very thorough and detail oriented, and he made sure in that setup that I would have no possible leaks. All in all, I can't recommend this business highly enough! Superior service and they took great care of me...

Just received my summer service call from Cecil. He took pictures of all parts of the unit both in the condo and up on the roof. He is very professional and very thorough and he’s always a joy to Have him do the maintenance. I’ve had excellent service from this company and their representatives, especially Cecil.

Portia was here today to do an annual maintenance on our HVAC system and we were very happy with his work and his work ethic. Always wore protective boots when inside and was very organized and friendly. Hope to see him next time!
