Bob Jenson was able to come out quickly and address a non-working A/C unit. The tech, Pouria, was able to quickly identify the issue and explained what it would take to fix it. He spent the time to fully test the system and went above and beyond explaining everything he was doing. Definitely 5-star service!

Pouria Ziari and Jack Pollack were both great. Pouria had my system diagnosed, showed me the issues and offered simple explanations for a solution. I was happy they have Carrier air conditioning units, in my opinion that’s top of the line and I am looking forward to their top of the line expertise and installation. We had not had our furnace inspected in the five years since we moved into our condo unit. Marcos Frias not only took care of the inspection and service, but he educated us about details concerning the system that will help us in the future. He was informative and thorough, and also very neat and careful to avoid disrupting our home. We'll continue in the future to use Bob Jenson AC.

Pouria was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He cleaned and checked my entire Fujitsu mini-split system (condenser, head units, refrigerant pressure, etc). When he wasn't sure of an answer (to a tricky situation), he consulted with co-workers to get a confident answer. 100% will call them again for any HVAC needs.

Sal Castro and his partner Um did a great job -- checking our operating, changing or cleaning the filters and keeping us informed and answering our questions all along the way. I want to thank the trio, Victor, Antonio, and Abraham who came to my home last week to install AC/HEATING for two rooms. I found all three to be professional, prompt and careful in each technical phase of the project. They were also considerate of the workarounds needed with a disabled person in the household.

The install crew, Antonio, George, Abraham were just fabulous. Their professionalism was top notch, very clean and knowledgeable. They explained the process every step of the way, I would highly recommend them.

Pouria Ziari did such an effective job presenting not just the thermostat but Bob Jenson’s capabilities that it took us a couple weeks and several unsolicited calls from our longstanding HVAC company to turn it down. Pouria’s was by far the most compelling presentation of the three -- his, ADT and Same Day -- that we evaluated, but Same Day had the home advantage (and sold us the same thermostat that Pouria had already sold us on). However we are still keeping Bob Jenson in mind for future work.

Luis, Victor, Oscar, and Jorge did an amazing job installing my air scrubbers and modifying my ducting. Quality work completed in a timely manner! I highly recommend Bob Jensen for repairs or installations needed for your HVAC system!

We had Bob Jensen install a new HVAC system recently. I want to compliment them on a great job and they did it in 1 day with the help of Javier, Darian and Povria. We are up in running with no issues. The techs did a bang up job in such a short time, explained in detail what they did and left the premises clean

Javier was very thorough and knowledgeable. I found him pleasant to speak to and he helped me understand how to operate one of the units that I was having trouble with. Bob Jenson AC&H installed my initial system almost 18 years ago and provided regular, professional service through the years to keep it running smoothly. On a recent service visit, it became apparent it was time to upgrade, and I did not hesitate to go with Bob Jenson AC&H. With the assistance of the front office staff, Pouria, Coner, Ivan, Brian and David the installation was a breeze. They were most accommodating, courteous, professional and above all I feel honest. I will continue annual servicing as in the past to keep the new system running like new.

Pouria showed up within the time slot to troubleshoot our HVAC system and was able to isolate the problem to a bad thermostat. He also cleaned up after some vermin that had nested inside the condenser unit, replacing the entire thermal blanket. He was easy to communicate with and was efficient in his work. I highly recommend him.

Update 4/28/2025: Sal Castro Service our system today. The service was very efficient and cell was very knowledgeable. Still highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended! Bob Jensen replaced our 30+ year old HVAC system along with replacing all the ductwork. Tony and Sammy were our techs and they were very professional, wore their masks all of the time, covered the floors they walked on and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job. Our new Bosch condensers are super quiet! We are very happy with the price and service.

Marcos came out and did the Bi-Annual maintenance on our HVAC. He was very thorough and professional. Explained what he found in complete and understandable detail. I recommend Bob Jensons for all of your HVAC needs. Awesome service and amazing people.

Received a welcome and surprise visit from Marco and Pourvia who were taking care of other matters in the building. They asked if I wanted my maintenance done today and I accepted. I am blown away by their proactive approach in going above and beyond for me! Thank you!!
