This morning Bob Jenson's crew arrived to install a new furnace in our attic. The crew Jorge Curiel, Abrahan Brito and Brandon Millburn arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and started right to work. The job was finished and the area was cleaned up. they were very professional, polite and all in all a good crew that I would be happy to have do any work we need in the future.

Update on 04/08/24Received a welcome and surprise visit from Marco and Pourvia who were taking care of other matters in the building. They asked if I wanted my maintenance done today and I accepted. I am blown away by their proactive approach in going above and beyond for me! Thank you!!I have been a customer with Bob Jenson for nearly 3 years.I always feel secure and safe in the hands of Marcella when I call in. She always makes sure my questions are answered and appointments are booked asap. I've appreciated her assistance over these past 3 years.Sammy and Marcos are consistently wonderful and patient when they come by to do maintenance or check on issues.Thank you so much for the awesome service. Every time a Bob Jenson rep comes out to do my HVAC maintenance they do a wonderful job, they are polite, speedy, and make sure the system is running smoothly. They don't overlook anything.Pouria came out most recently for regular maintenance and was very kind and professional, he was respectful of my space and my pets. He was quick to point out a potential issue, explain what could go wrong, and made sure to let me know it would be addressed quickly so that the system wouldn't have any issues. He made sure to clean up dust and smudging from changing the filter and didn't leave any mess behind.I'm always so impressed with the service reps from Bob Jenson and this was no exception. 03/22/24: Had a new heater/motor/duct work installed by Brandon, Antonio and Abraham today. They were awesome! Heater works so much better! Brandon talked us through how to use the smart thermostat (very easy to use). We've been with Bob Jenson for years and are always happy. These guys gave us the same service we've come to expect. Thank you!(A while ago)...Roy Villa was out again this year and service was great! I always have a great experience with Bob Jenson Air Conditioning.Roy Villa is awesome!! Thanks to Marcella for fitting in our emergency visit and for Marcos for diagnosing and testing everything. Turns out it was low refrigerant and is all sorted. Hoghly recommend the company and their technicians.———Excellent first experience with the Bob Jenson team. Tom, our technician, was on time, followed rigorous health protocols, explained everything he was doing. He cleaned up following all the work. Definitely will be using as our go to company.

We have been with Jensen for over 5 years. They installed a split system in our house in east county. We pay for a maintenance plan, so a technician comes twice a year to clean the filters and check the whole system.Yesterday, Pouvia was our technician. He provided excellent service! He was on time, friendly, efficient, and conscientious! He took the time to explain what he was doing and showed me a picture of our filters before and after cleaning! What a big difference! Pouvia also was careful to cover his shoes with covers each time he came in our house, to protect our carpets from dirt. I'm glad we continue to do business with Bob Jensen Heating and Air Conditioning!

I need to give a big shout out to all the individuals that helped with the replacement of my old heater/air conditioner. First CyrusThomas came to service my unit, noticing it was not working well. On the same day Mike Da Luz was able to come out and give me an estimate. This week Luis Garcia with his crew: Jorge Curiel and David Brito came out and in two days removed the old unit and put in a new, more efficent unit along with new air ducts. It was a lot of hard work but they were very professional and curteous.It helps when there is a good, cohesive group of individutals working together. Louis thank you for taking the time to show me how to navigate the thermostat and new app for my phone.
