Just a regular furnace maintenance... but, Brian was very thorough & checked each part of the system, verified when items were installed/replaced/repaired, & showed me pics of the areas of concern. Airducts are getting near the 15-yr mark & are showing signs of wear & inconsistent heat distribution patterns - an important catch... don't want things overheating & causing a fire in the attic!
Brian was very courteous, arrived on time, was considerate of our property, & even found a nice Milwaukee portable charger that someone had left up in the attic! A nice, honest, & respectful man - just the type you want working in your home!

Mike patiently and satisfactorily answered ALL of my many questions about various aspects of the purchase process and the items being purchased; he responded to my calls and texts in a very timely fashion - a rare thing to find these days! Javier kept his team moving while providing good attention to detail, maintained tidiness in both setting up and tearing down, and showed respect for my home and its fixtures. They arrived on time and clearly explained the goals to be achieved each day. Michelle rounded out this great team effort by providing superb follow-up with regard to ensuring that the final pieces of the install (certification and permitting) were completed in a very timely fashion, and by tidying up all the "loose ends" (another rarity these days!). She ALSO was the person who answered my initial inquiry and then correctly relayed my info to Mike for him to contact me.
I haven't had to really run the unit very much thus far, but I expect it to perform as advertised and feel confident that I will receive the continued excellent service that I have come to expect from Bob Jenson A/C should any problems or concerns arise!

Luciano came to our house for a water heater flush. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was also very courteous. I liked that he put slippers on over his shoes before entering our house. I really appreciated that. I could tell my apt. Interior contents were in safe hands while they worked and they cleaned up very well when they finished the job.
UPDATE: Pouria did a great job today!! He came out to install a new module so the unit on top of my building does a better job talking to my thermostat in my condo. Loving my AC!!

Bob Jenson installed out split system 8 years ago. We have trusted them to maintain it with twice yearly check ups and filter cleanings since then. Today Bob Jenson sent Enoc and Adrian to tune up our heaters. They were right on time, exceptionally polite, proficient and professional!
The two technicians worked together to complete the task efficiently! Enoc showed me pictures and video of our ceiling unit coils that are dirty and in need of cleaning. I appreciated that he brought it to my attention. I have scheduled for him to comeback on Monday to perform a bi-annual deep cleaning of the coils in three of our split units.

Uz Magallanes and a training technician (Luis? Sorry I can’t recall his name, but he has a kind and warm personality, which I appreciate) came for HVAC maintenance a few days ago. They were on time, had communicated their arrival est. It’s a new hvac unit, so I wasn’t expecting much other than filter stuff, but they took time to do a thorough check. I especially appreciated the other technician pointing out tears in our duct insulation, which may not be optimal to be around breathing. I asked if we should just duct tape the tears and one part that’s exposed at a bend. Uz said we weren’t loosing intake efficiency with that, but he would put a note in our file for patching them at the next service call, since they don’t usually carry those materials in the service truck (?). But using their particular tape and materials would be better, if I understood him right—it took me a bit to get clarity on whether that’s something we should or they would patch, since it was pointed out to me as a potential problem (or maybe just not optimal) and was kind of dropped. The other guy gets an A+ for thoughtfulness and customer service for noting it, which I truly appreciated, since we often sit and spend time in the garage close to where the duct tears are located.

We have couple split systems in our house and it hasn’t worked for couple days, The technician Enoc was very helpful and friendly, got the systems diagnosed and got them running again. He gave a good suggestion on cleaning the A/C which is especially helpful since I have really bad allergies. Will definitely contact them again if I need anything in the future.

Bob Jenson has serviced our heating/AC system for about 10 years, including replacing a mini-split heat pump system several years ago. We’ve also subscribed to their Maintenance Program during the period they’ve been servicing our system. We’ve always been pleased with their work – they’re on time, courteous, and thorough.
Let me give one recent example. Our main AC system stopped working one evening – only warm air coming out the vents. I called Bob Jenson on the 24-hour number, and they gave me an appointment the next day (try doing that with any AC company on one of the hottest days of the summer if you don’t have a Maintenance Program or equivalent). Brian came out, and diagnosed the problem as a bad start capacitor. He said someone would bring a capacitor from their warehouse, and he would wait for it to arrive and then install it. It turned out they didn’t have the right capacitor in stock. Brian then went on his own to a supply house, bought the capacitor, returned to our house, and installed it – and all is cool. My guess is that most technicians working for most companies would have said they would be back another day with the right capacitor, and would have left us to swelter. I consider Brian’s effort to be well beyond the call of duty, and exemplifies the service we’ve received from Bob Jenson.

Enoc came to do our semi-annual servicing and, together with Conor who came later, identified two possible trouble areas, one in our mini-split system and another in the furnace. They agreed there was no urgency to the furnace problem – just something to keep an eye on.
After some googling, I agreed it was worthwhile taking care of the mini-split issue (build-up of gunk in the blower system). Enoc came on 10/28 and did the job. As always with Bob Jenson technicians, he was prompt, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. The blower seems to be running more efficiently, and I’m sure isn’t blowing out into the room even tiny amounts of whatever had built up.
