There was absolutely no pressure to move forward and replace our 17 year old unit. However we had been continuously replacing the capacitor, and realized upgrading to the newer (more efficient and smaller) unit would be our best option.Tom came by just 20 min later and gave us multiple options as well. He was more than happy to answer ALL of our questions AND did a great job working with our budget.Antonio and George were in charge of the install. They were incredibly sweet, professional and spent extra time ensuring that the unit was completely sealed and vacuum tested perfectly. We had an issue with our existing line set, and they even came back two more consecutive days to ensure we are getting the absolute most out of our new a/c unit.I wouldn't look any further to have your units serviced or replaced by anyone else. The annual covered maintenance on the mini split HVAC System they put in at Mom & Dad's 2 years ago. Luis performed the annual maintenance on all the mini-split system units. 2. Took out the old duct system to get ready for the pier repair under their house! 🏠 He already taped up and sealed all of the register vents throughout the house, too, so no rodents or critters can get in to ruin anything!!
