They provided an annual service for our air conditioner. Service was very competently and thoroughly performed by Carlos with assistance from Jack. They arrived right on time, as usual, and were very considerate and hard working.
Carlos was a wealth of information and was able to answer all of my questions. Bob Jensen Heating and AC have been providing maintenance, service, and repairs for our units for many years, and I have always found them to be very competent and exceptionally pleasant/helpful to work with.
I would highly recommend their Comfort Club Maintenance Plan. It is a good way to ensure regular annual maintenance for your furnace and air conditioner and a very cost effective way to get help and repair service when needed.

Sal was excellent! He’s very thorough, communicates extremely well, and has a polite demeanor. Jensen is great!

Bob Jensen’s techs have installed our A/C unit and subsequently have maintained it several times. Salvador completed a maintenance service today. This is the second time he has serviced it and he is excellent. From his demeanor, respect and knowledge he has become our preferred technician. We will continue to use Bob Jensen with their professionalism and excellence.

I am very pleased with our 4-year-old Fujitsu 3-zone Mini-Split heat pump system installed and serviced by Bob Jenson Air Conditioning and Heating. The mini-split has proved to be an excellent economic addition to our 1980 starter condo.

I am also appreciative of and recommend the Bob Jenson extended warranty plan that provides for twice per year service calls.

Marcella Gorghis does an excellent job of scheduling the maintenance visits with friendly telephone calls and follow-up E-mails that provide a picture of the 100% drug free, background checked, safety and professionally trained Bob Jenson technician that is scheduled.

Today our Technician was Jeremy Zavala. Jeremy did a very thorough and professional job in his seasonal system maintenance for cooling. He wore booties over his shoes while working inside.

He checked each of the 3 wall units and the compressor and checked the operation of the system from the remotes. He removed, cleaned and re-installed the filters. He also inspected and cleaned the condensation lines and checked the 2nd floor pump operation. He inspected the blower wheels, coils, and control boards. He checked fuses, compressor, condenser fan motor, and capacitor. He tightened both the high and low voltage connections. Finally, he hosed off the coils of the outside compressor which had gotten dirty from the adjacent alder trees.

I highly recommend the Fujitsu Mini-split and Bob Jenson Air Conditioning and Heating.

3-10-22 Update
Our now six year old Fujitsu system developed a very, very slow leak in the refrigerant over the past year. Since the leak started just as the 5 year extended warranty expired, Bob Jensen fixed it - parts and labor - at no additional charge. Today Senior Technician, Tom, came out took care of everything. He is very knowledgeable, skilled and professional. I greatly appreciated his thoroughness and am appreciative of the Bob Jenson Company. I highly recommend them.

9-15-22 Update
Today, service technician, Roy Villa, came out and repaired our compressor unit. Due to a fluke electrical issue, all of the refrigerant had leaked out so the air conditioning quit working. Roy put booties over his shoes before entering our unit and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was polite, highly competent, very thorough, and professional. Roy quickly made the repair and his company honored the 10-year manufacturers warranty. After the repair, Roy carefully inspected all 3 wall units and cleaned the filters. I highly recommend Bob Jenson Air Conditioning and Heating.

10-3-23 Update:
Marcella Gorghis, Client Services Coordinator for Bob Jenson Heating and Air Conditioning, recently reminded me that it was time to do a semi-annual maintenance routine on our more than 7 year old Fujitsu 3 zone mini-split. As always, she was friendly and professional. After verifying that the date she suggested was good for us, Marcella provided a follow-up E-mail with a picture of the technician that would be coming out. That turned out to be Cyrus Thomas. Cyrus was also friendly and profession as well as very thorough today. He checked the electrical connections for all of the wall units and the compressor. He also thoroughly cleaned all of the filters and checked the remote controllers. I highly recommend Bob Jenson Heating and Air Conditioning!

04-16-25 Update

He did great, courteous and did a great all around job.

Pouria was thorough and friendly. Nice young man. He explained everything to us well. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was checked and didn't rush. It sounds like he likes what he does. Bob Jenson should be proud. Don't lose him. He's a keeper.

I called on Bob Jensen Air Conditioning & Heating to replace my aging system in 2004. Just by changing filters regularly, I got 17 years of use out of that system without the need of a single major repair. In 2021, it was time to upgrade again, and I felt that Jensen earned my repeat business. The company upgraded my equipment, guided me to a modern thermostat that I can easily control from my smartphone and helped me replace what, to my horror, was a now-crumbling attic duct system made of asbestos. I trust Jensen’s professionalism and quality customer service. I also like supporting local businesses. They back quality products built to last. This time around, I even signed up for its twice yearly maintenance check service. It’s a luxury, but I like the peace of mind it affords.

As always, excellent service and staff. Javier is very knowledgeable and professional and friendly and a pleasure to have in my home.

It's been a pleasure working with Bob Jenson AC and Heating. They added AC to our existing system last year and everything has gone smoothly. Their service and responsiveness is top notch, no complaints!

Technician Pouria Z. came out for a scheduled maintenance call. Found some issues and explained what needed doing. I respect the honesty in the advice. Fast and friendly service. I will ask for him again next time.

I had booked an appointment a week out, but they had a cancellation earlier in the week and called to see if I would like that open appointment. It was great. The technician was on time, explained things VERY thoroughly to me so that I could understand what the last installation had done poorly, and how I could remedy the situation. Was very good at showing me what he was doing and explaining why it needed to be adjusted. I had used a different company for a home warranty repair, and it had awful results so I was hesitant to try and repair this on my own. Thanks to Angie's List and the company's reputation and reviews I feel I got quality service for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Bob Jenson to anyone who needs AC repairs.

Installed a Rheem heating unit and Bosch AC outside unit to replace existing older system that was leaking slowly. Competent and professional. Great attention to detail and better value for money over big box places or those you see advertising about white gloves on TV all the time! This is the 2nd system I have purchased from them and recommend them to anyone who asks without hesitation. Thanks guys!

Update: Had both units serviced today 4/2/2025 by Jack and Javier. Great service as usual. Systems are running great and learned some things about fuses and float switch diagnostics for fun! Thanks guys!

Just had Sal here to do my AC maintenance.
He was very professional, friendly & knowledgable. Also he was very honest with his recommendations as I have a combination heater/ ac purchased from Bob Jensen in 2012. Thank you Sal.

Marcos is fantastic. As he came in to my home he let Uz know that despite having a loud bark my dog was friendly & how best to interact with him while I had my dog in the crate at the start of the appointment. Marcos was also very quick in updating the settings on my thermostat so that it recognized a recent service that it hadn’t previously so that I wasn’t receiving unnecessary services.

Pouria just left our home for the maintenance, and he did a wonderful and extensive exam of our heating and air conditioner.

During our yearly inspection done by Bob Jenson Tom noticed a leak in our coils. We talked over the cost to find and fix the leak and decided to go with a new AC unit since ours was 15 years old. The paperwork was done that day and it was scheduled for the next day. Oscar,Jorge,and Brian were here bright and early. They laid down drop clothes and started. They were professional answering all question. They did a wonderful job and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend them.

Great and professional job by Luis Garcia and Jorge Curiel on installing new Ducts and replacing all the vents in the house! Connor Higgins Technician inspected our old Ducts and Vents and advise us to change to upgrading the ducts/vents sizes to increase air flow. Easy to work with and no pressure from Connor. Very happy with the results! We highly recommend! Thanks for the great Job and follow up after installation!!

The experience from scheduling the initial visit with Megan through the installation visit with Mike were excellent. Mike explained all the possibilities and offered suggestions that would best suite the installation. I had three companies visit and the Bob Jensen team was the most professional experience.

I've been a customer since 2021. Most recently, I needed to have the ducts replaced as they were clearly showing their wear and tear. Antonio and Abraham from the team were the 2 professionals who took care of the work. They arrived within the window, gave me frequently updates throughout the day on what they did, and showed me pictures and video on all the replacement. The airflow is so much better and the house heats very quickly. I can't thank the team enough for their professional and thorough service.
