Best ever!!!! Absolutely fantastic - excellent in every way. Brand new Carrier furnace, which is fabulous. Pouria and Tom were super professional, and extremely polite (diagnostic and evaluations from many years of experience). Oscar and Jorge were as well (installation). All were best ever!

I want to thank Bob Jenson Air & Heating for finding and installing a new floor furnace to replace my old one (~60 yars old). They had to overcome several issues including an old venting system that no long met code and couldn't be modified to.The installation team (Ivan Winter, David Brito and their assistants) installed the new heater and venting system up and functional in one day.

We had a whole new HVAC system put in to replace our aged system that had given up.The initial installation crew that came out was very nice but we had some issues with the quality of their work. They came back out multiple times and never satisfactorily completed the job. After I got in touch with the General Manager Joe Virgilio everything was perfect from that point forward. He and his crew rectified every issue we had and even hired an outside drywall guy and a hardwood floor specialist to repair the damage done in the initial installation.We are very satisfied in the eventual work done and the unit is running great. Thank you Joe for making everything right and getting us all set up.

Great service and installation. Ivan Winter and Greg May arrived on time (maybe a bit early even) both days. They were great at explaining what they were doing and had done. It was a 2 day install of a new HVAC system - once completed they did a walkthrough with me and made recommendations for use and maintenance. Would highly recommend either of these gentlemen to install or service your system. Many thanks!

Antonio and Brian just completed the installation of a heater in our 4 bedroom house. They were always polite, careful, efficient, and cleaned everything up when they were done. Our system is working beautifully. They were also helpful as to where to place vents for more efficiency!

Cyrus provided our family excellent service today. He checked both of our heating/cooling mini-splits and wrapped exposed hoses to protect them from sun damage. This company overall provides the friendliness of a small town, family owned business with the professionalism and up to date methods and equipment of the big companies. We were having problems with our Mini-split unit in our house and called Bob Jenson A/C. Conor Higgins, a service supervisor, came out right away and got us on track. We want to point out that Conor was friendly, knowledgable and professional! So glad Conor came. Bob Jenson's team are incredibly honest, helpful, professional and knowledgable.Pouria came to service our old unit and presented us with a diagnosis and multiple options. There was absolutely no pressure to move forward and replace our 17 year old unit. However we had been continuously replacing the capacitor, and realized upgrading to the newer (more efficient and smaller) unit would be our best option.Tom came by just 20 min later and gave us multiple options as well. He was more than happy to answer ALL of our questions AND did a great job working with our budget.Antonio and George were in charge of the install. They were incredibly sweet, professional and spent extra time ensuring that the unit was completely sealed and vacuum tested perfectly. We had an issue with our existing line set, and they even came back two more consecutive days to ensure we are getting the absolute most out of our new a/c unit.I wouldn't look any further to have your units serviced or replaced by anyone else. It was a great experience, and Bob Jenson's entire team is simply amazing. More importantly, they definitely treat your home as if it was their own.

My Trane air conditioning unit had a maintenance checkup by Pouria today. He was efficient and gave me a complete report on the state of the system. I was very happy to find out that I will likely get many more years from the system. With honesty and clear communication, he let me know that my A/C was in good shape and there is no need for replacement parts at this time. I hope he will be available for the next maintenance check. Cyrus was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He even took the time to help explain how best to optimize using my AC/heating system to account for the difference in cost of electricity throughout the day. He convinced me to order a WiFi thermostat and a couple of window fans to help exchange air as well to further economize my energy usage. Excellent service that was well worth the cost. Thanks.
