I have been using Bob Jenson's for over 20 years and just purchased a new HVAC system with them. I am pleased with the product and so very impressed with the 2 technicians who installed that system. Tony Guaderama and Pouria were efficient and kept me advised as to what they were doing...they were a pleasure to have in my home. Highly recommend Bob Jenson's . From the moment you speak with Marcella and then get your needs met, you will be happy with the service and product.

This review to to commend the friendly, skilled and overall great guy - my technician, Marcos Frias. He turns up on time, listens to any concerns and quickly gets to work. I’ve been using Bob Jenson for my routine service plan for a few years now, to keep all my furnace and split AC units up and running and in top condition. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will use them in the future, should I choose to upgrade my equipment. Cheers!

Tom was super knowledgeable and was very good at quickly diagnosing the problem with my AC. He was able to clearly explain not just what went wrong, but also what caused it and what I can expect in the future.There are parts changers who just make guesses and then there are technicians who can diagnose and repair. Tom is definitely the latter! 👏🏻His professionalism and expertise was the reason I joined their maintenance club program in order to extend the life of my AC system.A+ service!

Bob Jenson is the only company I'd trust to service my HVAC systems! All of their techs have been professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of my property while onsite. Cyrus is an absolute gem and performed maintenance on both my mini split and central system. He even gave me advice on how to maximize airflow on my mini split since it is in a bigger space. Bob Jenson installed our heating/AC system 15 years ago and has maintained it ever since under a service contract. They have always done an excellent job in all respects. I could not be more satisfied!! Good cudtomer service starts with the customer inrterface and their Marcella Gorghis is excellent at the customer interface. She is always professional, efficient, friendly and thorough. I enjoy her calls.

It only took them three days to install two very difficult units. From taking out the original two from the 80’s that stopped working. They were on time, polite and left everything clean at the end of each day. Javier Zambada, Luis Garcia, Leo Juarez and Mike Daluz did an amazing job.
