We installed our air conditioning and heating system through Bob Jenson's company in January 2023. The service was very thorough where every detail was analyzed through Mike Daluz' who is very knowledgable for what was best for our three bedroom two bath house along with our usage, needs and budget. Once we decided on which product was best and all paperwork was signed, the installation went very quickly and efficiently. The two installers, Luis and Tony were careful in protecting our floors and everything was done with care. The installers explained very clearly how to operate the system. The follow up work with inspection was excellent as promised through the maintenance tech, Marcos Frias. We are very satisfied with the work, the product, and the professional and exceptional staff. Our air and heating unit works very efficiently, compliments our solar, and the results in savings are a win.

Last week, my two current Lennox A/C and Heating Systems turned 27 years old. Old enough that they no longer make the refrigerant they use. And you can’t just pump in the new type of refrigerant into an old system. So if your old pressurized system springs a leak, you need a whole new air conditioner. Good luck getting quick replacement system in the peak of summer when you need it that very day. In addition, both of my old systems needed repairs for only the fourth time in 27 years. That’s like only two repairs on each system in 27 years. Bob Jensen technicians had done that good a job in maintaining them and giving me the most for my money all those years.My 3,000 square foot house requires two full systems, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. So Bob Jensen Company offered me a great deal on two brand new Lennox systems and an incredible 3-day installation. What was incredible about a 3-day installation was that the original Bob Jensen installation of both indoor units being replaced were up a narrow, pull-down attic stairway. And then into a cramped, low-ceiling attic location. The two new outside units were no problem. But it took some careful planning, some mighty fine talent and superb expertise to get the two old units out of the attic and install the new units up there in such a short time. I believe it took 5 or 6 days to accomplish a similar feat 27 years ago. Of course back then, that was a first time installation. Although this was merely a replacement, there were no old units to remove from the attic 27 years ago. But still, I marvel that the feat is even possible, let alone so quickly. As expected of the Bob Jensen team, everything on the brand new systems worked fine. Plus the new, more efficient systems are less expensive to run and they put out the desired warm or cold air in record time. My family is most happy with the results in every respect. So I just have to thank the two expert installation technicians. Javier Zambada and Abraham Brito. Thank you so much.

I decide to have Bob Jenson add a mini split to one additional room in my house because the moment I spoke to Michael, I felt he knew what he was talking about. He explained how the work will be done and it was exactly how he told me! He was answering all my questions while the installers were at my home working. Brandon was very flexible and in top of everting while he was working, He installed the unit where I told him even though it was a little complicated for him, since I have children all over the backyard and I wanted to make sure the unit will be safe and not in the way for the children to play, he knew how to work it out without complications. David is one of the installers it's a plus that he speaks spanish, since I was able to understand all the instructions in details. I appreciate the hard work Bandon and David did, and the mini split works flawlessly.I will be using Bob Jenson again for the service in my home AC.
